1475703 Mechanical switches; actuators ROBERT BOSCH PHOTOKINO GmbH 19 June 1974 [18 July 1973] 27079/74 Heading H1N [Also in Division G2] A camera shutter release plate 5 held in an initial position by springs 22, 23 is pivotable about more than two axes against the action of the springs so that pressure does not have to be exerted on any particular part of the plate. As shown, the plate 5 has studs 8, 9, 10, 11 located in slots 12, 13, 14, 15 in a carrier 16 and pivots about a pair of these studs e.g. 8 and 9, or 9 and 11, depending on which part of the plate is pressed. Pivoting of the plate causes contacts 28 and/or 30 (Fig. 5; not shown) carried by leaf springs 32, (34) to engage contacts 27 and/or 29 (Fig. 5) carried by leaf springs 31 (33) in order to energize a shutter electromagnet (not shown).
