Abstract

1474654 Cooking bags IMPERIAL CHEMICAL INDUSTRIES Ltd and TERINEX Ltd 13 April 1976 [7 May 1975] 19132/75 Heading A4D [Also in Divisions B5 and B8] A wrapper or wrapping material comprises a plastics film capable of resisting an oven temperature of 450‹F having bonded thereto in at least one region a layer of vegetable parchment. In a preferred embodiment, the wrapper or wrapping material which may be in the form of a cooking bag, Fig. 5, may comprise a plastics film 1 having one or more strips 2 of the parchment along or close to each of the opposite edges thereof, the strips being continuous or discontinuously spaced. The material may be in the form of a roll enclosed in a carton. The products may be used for wrapping food for cooking.
