Abstract

1473013 Anti-dazzle spectacles J KIEBALA 29 April 1976 [5 June 1974] 24919/74 Heading A3V [Also in Division G2] An anti-dazzle device comprising two eye shields is attached to the underside of a cap visor 55 and is pivotable between a raised inoperative position and a lowered operative position in front of the wearer's eyes, the two screens being further pivotable in this operative position, one through an angle of less than 94‹ and the other through an angle of less than 90‹ about hinges 62 so as to be brought out of the line of sight, one screen lying adjacent the wearer's nose while the other is adjacent the temple region. The outward swinging of the shields is limited by stops within the hinges 62.
