Abstract

146,211. Zeiss, C., [Firm of]. Oct. 15, 1917, [Convention date]. Lenses.-The lens I of a photographic objective of the type described in Specification 13061/02, [Class 98, Photography], is made of glass having a refractive index of not more than 1.57 for sodium light. The objective comprises a collective lens I facing the object, a dispersive lens II separated from the lens I by an air space, and a pair of lenses III, IV joined in a collective surface. The power of the facing surfaces of the lenses I, II is negative. Optical data are set forth in the Specification.
