1458640 Terpolyamides ATO CHIMIE 25 Feb 1975 [27 Feb 1974] 7804/75 Heading C3R Ternary copolyamides comprise nonamethylene diamine terephthalamide, isophthalamide and adipamide units in proportions of 20 to 75, 2 to 25 and 15 to 78 mol per cent respectively. They are useful for moulded or extruded articles resistant to deformation at elevated temperature, e.g. covers, cams or toothed wheels for electrical motors in washing machines and hair driers. They also are resistant to oils and petrol and may be used for tubes or mechanical components of cars.
