1457352 Inhalers SYNTEX (USA) INC 23 Jan 1974 [2 Fefb 1973] 18827/75 Divided out of 1457351 Heading A5T The subject matter of this specification is substantially the same as that described in Specification No. 1457351 but the claims are concerned with a housing having one or more air passageways at each end thereof, one end of the housing being suitable for insertion into the mouth of a user, a shaft supported by Said housing in the hollow portion thereof to support a rotary member means to pierce a capsule supported by the rotary member adjacent its free portion not in contact with the rotary member, and means to engage and rigidly support the free portion of the capsule when it is pierced. Reference has been directed by the comptroller to Specification 1182779.
