1455101 Baking ovens L K RUOHONEN 14 Jan 1975 [18 Jan 1974] 1575/75 Heading A2A A method of baking bakery products in carriages movable through a baking oven space comprises moving the carriages, each of which is so constructed that one of its walls is open, to a position adjacent a fixed wall, so that the carriage space together with the fixed wall will define a closed baking oven space, in which hot gases are fed into the oven space from the fixed wall, circulated through the baking oven space and exhausted through the fixed wall.
