Abstract

1452531 Drying drum LICENTIA PATENT-VERWALTUNGS GmbH 8 Feb 1974 [13 Feb 1973] 05952/74 Heading F4G [Also in Division Dl] A drying drum comprises a cylindrical imperforate portion 10, end walls 11, 12 perpendicular to the drum axis and frusto-conical interconnecting transitional portions 13, having apertures 14 for drying air. A loading opening may be provided in the front wall 12 at the cylindrical portion 10, the end walls may be perforated and internal lifters may be provided. Air ducts 8, 9 which are preferably radial are provided at the end walls of a tub 1.
