Abstract
1452061 Cooked meat products UNILEVER Ltd 8 Oct 1973 [10 Oct 1972] 46569/72 Heading A2E The tendency of slices of bonded cooked meat products to wrinkle upon reheating is reduced by successively heating and cooling the slices between and in contact with substantially plane surfaces, for example plates or belts, preferably of heat conductive material, for example by immersion in hot and cold water. If non-heat conductive materials are used, dielectric or microwave heating may be employed.
