Abstract

1450517 Mixing apparatus PFAUDLERWERKE AG 30 April 1975 [7 May 1974] 17915/75 Heading B1C A stirrer comprises a single loop having two sections 3 which, in use, are vertical, flattened and inclined about vertical lines to the vertical plane in which the loop lies. The stirrer may be made of enamelled tubular steel and have upper and lower transverse parts 2, one of which is secured to a spindle 1 for rotating the stirrer when situated in an agitator vessel 4. The sections 3 are inclined to the plane of the loop at an angle between 10‹ and 30‹, preferably 20‹.
