1449258 Valves L G BERG 11 Dec 1973 57394/73 Heading F2V A flow control device comprises a valve member in the form of a metal ring 1 having around it an elastic sleeve 2 located (preferably by a bead 3) on a movable plunger 22 and (preferably by a bead 4) within a part 12 of the device having ports 19 therein, movement of the plunger causing the elastic sleeve to slide around the ring 1 and roll over the parts 19 to control fluid flow.
