As shown the shoulder piece 20 comprising three tubular sockets 21, 22, 23. The ends 12, 13 may be spaced apart by the handle 14 extending therebetween; by the shoulder piece having an integral solid portion between the sockets (Fig. 2, not shown) or by a separate spacing member inserted between the ends or the ends may be spaced apart by the shoulder piece. The parts may be secured together by an adhesive or by welding in which case the sockets are not peripherally continuous or alternatively the shoulder piece may be formed of two opposite planar ears. The sockets may also be tapered to receive the ends as an interference fit Hollow rivets 28 may also be used such rivets corresponding with stringing holes of the frame. The shoulder piece may be constructed of plastics or of metal.
