1445044 Fungicidal composition WHEATLEY CHEMICAL CO Ltd 2 July 1974 29199/ 74 Heading A5E A solid state fungicide for application to the ground in which crops are growing or are to be grown comprises thiabendazole and an iodine complex with free iodine. It is preferred to use nonylphenoxypoly(ethylene-oxy)-ethanol iodine as the iodine complex is substantially equal proportions with the thiabendazole. Granules of inert material, e.g. Fullers earth, may be impregnated with the fungicide by the use of a solvent e.g. methanol or N-methyl-2- pyrrolidone.
