1440796 Phosphorus-containing benztriazolyl derivatives CIBA-GEIGY AG 22 Nov 1973 [23 Nov 1972 24 Oct 1973] 54278/73 Heading C2P Novel compounds of the formula wheain R 1 is methyl or ethyl, R 2 is n- or isopropyl, n-butyl, n-pentyl, allyl or propargyl and R 3 is H, Cl or CF 3 are obtained by reacting wherein Me is an alkali metal or an ammonium or alkylammonium group. The products have insecticidal and acaricidal properties and may be used as active ingredients in conventional pesticidal compositions which may also contain other insecticides and/or acaricides, e.g. other organic phosphorus compounds, derivatives of nitrophenols, formamidines, ureas, carbamates and/or chlorinated hydrocarbons.
