1437831 Dispensing articles QUINTONIA FORM CUTTING Ltd 25 June 1974 [31 March 1973] 15602/73 Heading A4T [Also in Division B8] A dispenser for foldable sheet-like articles, e.g. plastics aprons, comprises a foldable insert 4, e.g. a card, for supporting the articles, and a casing 21, Fig. 7, for containing the articles in folded condition each with an end portion available for withdrawal, the insert 4 comprising two panels 7, 8 for locating and guiding the articles within the dispenser. A stack 11 of aprons, each folded double, may be attached to a card 26 by stapled pull-away portions 15, and the card may be suspended on hooks 24, Fig. 7, of a back panel 22 of the casing 21. The stack 11 is inserted behind a bar 32, with flaps 10 folded over it, and on pivoting a casing member 20 upwardly, the stack 11 is folded with the insert 4, which bends at fold lines 5, 6. The stack 11 may then be folded over the top edge of the member 20 and located between the member 20 and the casing 21, Fig. 9, a hinged flap 38 allowing access to the articles to enable them to be pulled away in turn. With an alternative insert (4 '), Fig. 4 (not shown), the articles may be stapled to the opposite face of the panel (8), and the flaps 10 may be replaced by narrower flaps (17). The position at which stapling is effected may be adjusted in accordance with the length of the articles to be handled.
