Abstract

1435008 Containers for tape cassettes H GLEDHILL 30 May 1974 [17 July 1973] 33945/73 Heading B8P [Also in Division E2] A container, e.g. for a tape cassette, to be sent by post comprises a base portion 2, a hinged lid 1 and means 10 for passing through one of the driving sprocket apertures of the cassette 11 to lock the lid 1 and base 2 together in closed condition. The locking means comprises a pin 10 insertable through a slot (5), Fig. 1 (not shown), of the lid 1, with a portion 4 which may be turned to engage a recess 6 in the lid 1. Turning may be effected by a tool (7), Fig. 2 (not shown), engageable with a hexagonal socket 8 of the pin 10.
