In a preferred embodiment an axle 13 rotates in apertures formed in uprights 12 of the support 11. Wheels 14 are rotatably mounted on axle 13. The base 10 comprises a rod bent to form V-shaped side members 15 connected by cross members 16, 18 with upwardly extending members 17 secured to the cross member 16. The base is secured to be rotatable with the axle 13. The structure is collapsible by pivoting a frame 20 about the axis of its ends 22 which are pivotable in uprights 12 to an upright position so that formations 24 are disengaged from the member 16 of base 10 which is swung through 270 degrees about axis 13 to rest in a vertical position at the rear of support 11. The uprights 12 are connected at their upper ends by an integral cross-member (not shown) carrying a handle (not shown) which is pivotable between an extended and a stowed position lying alongside the rear of the support. In another embodiment, Fig. 2, the end of upper limbs of side members 30 are engaged in apertures in uprights 27. To collapse the base, member 35 secured to axle 28 is swung upwardly for the base to move upwardly against the front of support 26. The member 35 supports a bag fitted to support 26.
