1434298 Processed cheese-like product FUJI OIL CO Ltd 23 Oct 1973 [23 Oct 1972] 49180/ 73 Heading A2B A firm, cuttable processed cheese-like product is produced by mixing natural soy cheese with a casein-containing substance derived from animal milk, for example sodium caseinate, dairy cheese, or whole or skim milk solids, and a melting salt, heating the mixture to a temperature of not more than 85‹C to melt it, if desired introducing it into a container, and cooling. If desired, dairy cheese may be blended with the melted mixture before cooling.
