Abstract

1430235 Flip top packets MOLINS Ltd 7 May 1973 [8 May 1972] 21455/72 Heading B8P A blank for a flip top cigarette packet comprises back, front and side wall panels 2-6 and a flip top lid forming portion hinged to the back wall panel 2 about a line 1 and including rear, front, top and inner and outer side panels 11-15. When the blank is erect, a reinforcement panel 16, hinged to the front lid panel 12, is secured to the inner surface of the panel 12. The lid side walls are formed by securing together the outer and inner side panels 14, 15. Flaps 18 hinged to the inner side panels 15 are secured to the underside of the top panel 13. An inner frame (20), Fig. 1 (not shown), which projects above the front and side walls may be provided.
