1429295 Mounting IC engine .fuel injectors LUCAS ELECTRICAL CO Ltd 6 July 1973 [28 July 1972] 35361/72 Heading F1B The injector 12 is urged into sealing engagement with a ring 14 in a bore 11 of an intake manifold 10 by a spring 24 acting between the injector and an abutment plate 22 mounted on the manifold. The spring 24 acts on the injector 24 through a steel washer 25 and a rubber ring 21 mounted on the injector.
