Abstract

1429171 Hinges G LAMB [trading as GLADEX ENG] 27 April 1973 [29 Jan 1972] 4261/72 Heading E2F A hinge comprises two members 11, 12 axially spaced along a hinge pin 16; member 12 having a planar attachment portion and member 11 having two planar portions 13, 20. Member 12 is either bolted spot welded to a door 30 and portion 20 of member 11 is adjustably bolted relative to a frame 21. In Fig. 1 a flange portion 17 of the portion 20 has slots 18, 19 which are associated with slots on the frame which cross them at right angles for receiving bolts. In Fig. 2 the portion 20 has a single slot similarly associated with a slot formed in a tray member 31 secured to the frame 21. Both members are sheet metal pressings.
