1427263 Adjustable wrenches D COSTANTINI 3 Oct 1973 [25 Oct 1972] 46195/73 Heading B3N [Also in Division B4] A hand tool such as a wrench or pincers comprises a pair of levers 1, 2 from which the jaws 3, 9 extend at an angle, one of the levers having a tooth 10 extending forwardly from its front edge for selective engagement in any one of a plurality of recesses 7 provided in a rear edge of the other lever to form an adjustably positionable fulcrum about which the levers may be pivoted. A reduced thickness portion of the lever 2 passes through an elongate slot in the lever 1.
