Abstract

1423318 Orientating objects PAMASOL WILLI MADER AG 5 Aug 1974 [10 May 1973] 22434/73 Heading B8S Objects having a body portion and a tail portion, e.g. aerosol valves with dip tubes 30, are fed to the lower side of an inclined rotary disc 10 and are carried upwards by plates 32a, 32b projecting through radial slots in the disc, the plates being retracted at the upper side of the disc so that any valve with its body portion not engaged in a peripheral groove 16 in the disc is caused to tumble back. Thus, oriented valves are supplied to a discharge track tangential to the disc. The plates are extended and retracted by a cam 34.
