1414950 Nitrovin concentrates CHEMISCHE INDUSTRIE RANDSTAD BV 12 Feb 1974 [16 Nov 1973] 06356/74 Heading A5B Stable concentrates of bis(5-nitrofurfurylidene)acetone guanyl hydrazone (nitrovin) having the formula comprise nitrovin or an addition salt thereof (e.g. the hydrochloride) and a carrier, the carrier being an inert mineral carrier present in an amount such that the mixture comprises at least 75% by weight of the carrier. The carrier may be diatomaceous earth, calcite or silica. The concentrates are added to cattle feed and have the effect of promoting the growth of young animals.
