Abstract

1414141 Peg boards SIGNCO Ltd 26 April 1973 [26 April 1972] 19459/72 Heading G5C A peg board 10 having apertures 12 formed at least partially therethrough, is characterized in that the face or one of the two faces of the board which include mouths of the apertures is at least partially covered with flocking 16. Discrete particles are electrically charged and blown on to a layer of glue or solvent on said face 14, within the electrostatic field. The flocking may extend over the adjacent portions of the aperture walls. The apertures are of circular or cruciform section. When the apertures extend completely through the peg board, a backing plate 22 may be provided. A plurality of apertured panels may be clipped together to form the peg board, the flocking being applied subsequently.
