Abstract

1413811 Incubator racks W S GREENSHIELDS 15 June 1973 [28 June 1972] 30162/ 72 Heading A1M An incubator rack for supporting and tilting egg-trays comprises a framed box-like structure pivotally supporting three cradles, each cradle comprising front and rear rocking links 41, 42 which are interconencted by a torque rod 44 -having its ends journalled in the structure. From each of these links hangs a pair of bars 40, 43 which have support means for egg-trays. The central torque rod 44 and link 41 are pivoted by a pneumatically actuated piston and the front links 41 of each cradle are joined rigidly together by a rod 46 to facilitate tilting of all the egg trays in one movement.
