Abstract
1411514 Sausages RICHLEY PRODUCTS (MARKETING) Ltd 6 Feb 1974 [19 March 1973] 13003/73 Heading A2B A sausage having an outer region filled with sausage meat and a central region filled with a pulp or sauce flavouring, for example, fruit or vegetable pulp or artificial flavouring such as curry, cheese, mushroom, pineapple, tomato, or celery, which permeates into or interacts with the sausage meat, the central region preferably extending along substantially the whole length of the sausage, may be prepared by unfastening one end of a sausage, inserting a filler device such as a syringe so as to expel sausage meat from the central region into the outer region, and withdrawing the device whilst injecting the pulp or sauce.
