Abstract

1407750 Wall tables G SAMUYLLO 27 March 1973 [4 April 1972] 14570/73 Heading A4B A wall table T is supported at one end by at least one leg R with a ground roller and at the other end carries a pair of U-shaped fastenings 2 slidably engaged on a wall rail 1 to facilitate a user's access to a seat B, and includes a pivoted bolt 12 carried by a wall bracket 15 and movable to and from a position in which its end 19 engages a notch 14 in the table T to prevent its displacement along the length of the rail 1. The bolt 12 is biased by a spring 17 into engagement with the notch 14. Each U-shaped fastening 2 includes an integral plate 4 secured to the table T and having a recess 5 housing a tongue 6 which is slidable between positions in which it respectively closes and opens the mouth of the U-shaped fastening 2. A projection 7 on the plate 4 snaps into one or other of two holes 9 in the tongue 6 in the two positions.
