1396795 Modifying copper surfaces IMPERIAL CHEMICAL INDUSTRIES Ltd 13 July 1973 [14 July 1972] 33078/72 Heading C7U Copper or an alloy thereof is degreased, contacted with an acidic solution of an aluminium phosphate in at least a party organic solvent, and then dried at e.g. 50 to 200 C. In an example aluminium chlorophosphate ethanolate may be used.
