1396042 Ethanolamines LABORATORIOS MADE SA 1 Feb 1973 5043/73 Heading C2C Compounds of the general formula (X, Y, Z=H, Cl; R=C 1-6 alkyl), and their salts are prepared by reacting the corresponding 2-chloroacetylthiophene with RNH 2 and reducing the CO group to CHOH, optionally followed by salt formation. The intermediates are isolated as hydrochlorides.
