Abstract

1394903 Sledges J-Y EVEQUOZ 18 May 1972 23523/72 Heading B7B A ski-bob comprises a chassis 10, a steerable front ski 13 and two rear skis 19 connected to the chassis by two suspension devices 40. The rear skis 19 are connected to a support arm 51 pivotally mounted on a rear part of the body 50 of the chassis 10 by four arms 38 pivotally connected at the lower ends to the skis by shafts 39, the arms 38 being connected to the arm 51 by torsion absorbing devices 40. A seat 11 supported by a lever 53 is connected to a shock absorber 55. In a modification, Fig. 3, the front ski 23 is connected to the steering column 22 by a suspension device including four arms 28 pairs of which are interconnected together about torsion shock absorbing members 29. The rear skis 26 are connected independently to the chassis 20 by arms 30 arranged in pivotally connected pairs with interposed shock absorbers 31.
