Abstract

1394294 Optical spaces scanning apparatus SGA SWALES 19 April 1973 [16 March 1972 5 May 1972] 12285/72 and 21177/72 Heading G2J A space or shop scanning member, e.g. camera or mirror 1, Fig.1 has a mounting member 3, 4, by which it can be slidably secured on a curved stem 5 mounted for rotation about an axle in bearings 13 14, Fig. 2 by a motor 15. The limits of the oscillating movement of the stem are controlled by pÝns 20 the stem actuating a reversing micro-switch 21,22 connected to the motor. The mirror may be locked in position by a screw 19 acting on the edge of a disc 11. The stem can be U-shaped and connected to the protruding ends of the motor spindle, the motor having an eccentric for operating a reversing micro-switch.
