1393215 Slave seals M BEHR [trading as SUDDEUTSCHE KUHLERFABRIK JULIUS FR BEHR] 10 April 1973 [11 April 1972] 17187/73 Heading F2T A vacuum operated actuator comprises a two part housing 1, 2 and a rolling diaphragm 3 loaded by a spring 5, the diaphragm 3 having a rim 6 of generally rectangular axially extending cross-section. The diaphragm 3 is preferably of rubber, and may be held in position by mutually engaging portions 8, 9 of the housing parts 1, 2.
