1392779 Fatty acid esters of alkyl polyglycosides ICI UNITED STATES Inc 17 Sept 1973 [15 Dec 1972] 43489/73 Heading C2C The invention comprises fatty acid esters of alkyl polyglycosides, having a glycosidation degree of 1.1-4 and the preparation of fatty acid esters of alkyl polyglycosides by mixing an alkyl polyglycoside with a fatty acid or a derivative thereof and heating in the presence of an alkaline catalyst.
