Abstract

1305510 Urokinase-separation from urine MOCHIDA SEIYAKU KK 1 Sept 1971 [4 Sept 1970] 40797/71 Heading C3H Urokinase is extracted from liquid containing it, for example human urine, by contacting with a material comprising synthetic polyaorylonitrile fibres until a substantial proportion of the urokinase has been adsorbed, and then eluting the adsorbed urokinase using an alkaline solution.
