1385612 Benzodiazepine KRKA TOVARNA ZDRAVIL 20 March 1973 [31 March 1972] 13391/73 Heading C2C 7 - Chloro - 1 - methyl - 5 - phenyl - 2,3 - dihydro - 1H - 1,4 - benzodiazepine is prepared by cyclizing 2 - [2 - (chloro or bromo)ethylmethylamino] - 5 - chlorobenzophenone with dinitrosopentamethylenetetramine, and may be converted to the hydrochloride.
