Abstract

138,218. Cumberland, G. L. March 28, 1919. Boxes with castors. -A box, case, portmanteau, &c. is provided with wheels, castors, or spheres permanently mounted within the interior in such a way as to project slightly through the bottom to facilitate moving the box &c. The rollers &c. B, Fig. 1, may be carried in bearings in a block or shield C secured inside the box &c., and may be arranged to lie wholly within the contour of the sides of the box, as shown in Fig. 5.
