Abstract

1381201 Sectional bodies BEONDU AG 15 June 1972 28130/72 Heading F4A A sectional boiler composed of separately and corelessly cast aluminium alloy elements has at least one fire duct bounded by boiler elements 2 and 3 and at least one water duct bounded by boiler elements 1 and 4, the elements being interconnected by welding and the elements 2 and 3 being formed to define on one side a component part of the fire duct and on the other side a component part of a water duct. Cast integrally with the element 2 is a stub 7 extending across the fire duct to provide a water connection with a ring 11 formed on the element 3 embracing and welded to the end of stub 7. Heat transfer projections 8 are provided on the respective fire duet walls.
