Abstract

1376776 Supplying weft RUTI MACHINERY WORKS Ltd 14 Aug 1972 [13 Aug 1971] 37902/72 Heading D1E A device for winding coils of weft in a travelling wave loom for transfer to a dummy shuttle 30, has a former 11 having a longitudinal slot 12 which is open at the end 38 at which the shuttle and weft coil leave the former and into which a pusher 13 penetrates to move the weft coils from the winding area 35 to the end 38. The slot 12 divides the former into two parts, one of which may be wider than the other.
