Abstract
1376290 Thiophosphoric and thiophosphonic acid esters BAYER AG 15 Aug 1973 [16 Aug 1972] 38511/73 Heading C2P The invention comprises compounds of the general formula wherein R is straight chain or branched C 1 -C 6 alkyl, R<SP>1</SP> is straight chain or branched alkyl or alkoxy with in each case 1 to 6 carbon atoms, R<SP>11</SP> is straight chain or branched C 1 -C 6 alkyl or is phenyl, acyl is (C 1 -C 6 alkyl), carbonyl or phenylcarbonyl and X is O or S. They are obtained by reacting a salt in which M is an alkali metal-, alkaline earth metal- or optionally alkyl-substituted ammonium equivalent with a halogen compound of the formula in which Hal is halogen, e.g. Br or Cl. The reaction is preferably carried out in a solvent or diluent. The products have insecticidal and acaricidal properties and may be used as active ingredients in conventional pesticidal compositions.
