Abstract
1369873 Valves BRITISH LEYLAND (AUSTIN-MORRIS) Ltd 14 Jan 1972 [25 Feb 1971] 5384/71 Heading F2V A tap for controlling the flow of engine coolant into a heating system of a vehicle has a rotary plug 3 provided with a pair of projections 8 on its base which co-operate with four recesses 9 in the base of the body 2 to inhibit rotation from the open and closed positions. Both the plug and body are injection moulded from glassfilled nylon. A bowed circlip 7 urges the plug towards the base of the body.
