Abstract

1366465 Boxes VERO ELECTRONICS Ltd 27 March 1973 [6 April 1972] 15936/72 Heading B8P [Also in Divisions H1 and F2] A box-section structure comprises interlocked rectangular panels of two different types 13, 13A each having an edge formation A but distinguished from each other by different edge formations B and C. Edge formations B are slidingly interlocked with edge formations A to form corner joints and edge formations C are slidingly interlocked with edge formations A to form continuity joints between aligned panels 13, 13A. The interlocked edge formations define holes 14 which accommodate fasteners for the joints and for securing end plates 11 to the boxsection structure. An end plate may extend beyond the box and carry a runner for mounting the structure on a panel or in a case. The panels (13, 13A, Fig. 5) may have heat dissipating fins on their external surfaces, and slots for locating flat plates may be formed on bolt surfaces.
