Abstract

1364093 Hydraulic motors RAUMAREPOLA OY LOKOMON TEHTAAT 21 Oct 1971 [21 Oct 1970] 48877/71 Heading F1A An hydraulic motor comprises pistons 9 reciprocable in cylinders 10 to cause a bevel gear 4 to wobble and roll around a fixed bevel gear 3, the motion of the gear 4 being used to drive an output shaft 8. The gears 3, 4 have teeth of differing number whereby the gear 4 rotates and drives the shaft through a universal joint 5. The bevel gear 4 is mounted on bearings 14 carried by a rotary tubular port 7 journalled on the shaft 8 and caused to rotate by the wobbling of the gear 4. The rotary port 7 acts as a rotary distributer valve for all the cylinders 10.
