1359779 Liquid carrier for pesticidal compositions K-H STAHL 15 Sept 1972 [17 Sept 1971] 42984/72 Heading A5E [Also in Divisions C1 and C4] An agricultural and/or horticultural composition comprises an oil-soluble acaricide, insecticide, fungicide, fertiliser or leaf-polishing agent and a carrier therefor comprising 80-95% by volume methylene chloride and 5-20% of a paraffin oil or distillate. The paraffin oil has a viscosity of 66-120 SUS/ 100‹F. In the Example suitable insecticides, a foliar fertilizer and a leaf polishing agent are identified by their commercial names only.
