1354288 Foot hygiene aids N J DENNIS 20 Feb 1973 34850/70 Heading A5R A foot hygiene aid for disabled or incapacitated persons comprises an elongate rod 1 with its end parts enclosed by tubes of foamed material 3 secured to the rod 1 by waterproof adhesive, one only of the tubes 3 being covered by gauze 5. The rod 1 may have a surface coating formed by shrunk-on plastics material 2 and may be in one continuous piece or divided intermediate its ends into two pieces removably joined together by a plastics collar. The tubes 3 may be of foamed plastics material attached to the rod 1 by the application of adhesive to the inner surface of the tubes, the remainder of each tube being free of adhesive.
