1348001 Shower baths R P LAAUSER 6 July 1971 [13 Aug 1970] 31541/71 Heading A4N [Also in Division E2B] A tub shower installation includes a tub 10, a wall 12 extending upwardly from the upper rim of the tub, a curtain rod 24 extending toward the wall at a level above the rim, and a flexible shower curtain suspended from the rod, there being elongated, releasable clamping means 32, including a handle 33, and adapted to clamp a vertical edge of the curtain and comprising a fixed member 39 mounted against the wall and a movable plate member 40 pivotally attached to the member 39; the member 40 is pivoted to clamp the edge of the curtain between the members.
