Abstract

134,403. Cowgill, H. Dec. 7, 1918. Moulded boxes; straps and bands, strengthening.-A leather travelling-case, binocular case, razor case, &c., is formed of two seamless halves connected by a hinge, each half being formed by moulding the leather under pressure and then hardening and waterproofing it. The case may be stiffened by a thin strip of metal secured to the inner edge cf the body portion or of the lid.
