1342596 Multiplex radio signalling; television J J SPARKES 19 April 1971 [16 Feb 1970] 7379/70 Headings H4L and H4F Two different monochrome television picture signals are transmitted over a single colour television channel by modulating the subcarrier normally modulated by the colour television chrominance signal with one monochrome signal, the other monochrome signal being transmitted in place of the colour television luminance signal. The transmitter includes two cameras operated in synchronism, and the receiver two CRT display tubes. The receiver may be provided with switching means so that it may function as a normal colour receiver.
