Abstract
1341358 Cinematography ARNOLD AND RICHTER KG 22 March 1972 [25 March 1971] 13400/72 Heading G2E A cine-camera and a film cassette when mutually attached define a rigid film channel except at the picture gate 27 of the camera. The channel, as shown in Fig. 8, is defined by a film path member 36 sprung at 37 on the cassette, this resilient mounting compensating for tolerances in the construction of the camera and cassette, and the surface of the camera including the gate 27. Alternatively the camera film guiding surface may be resiliently mounted and the film path member 36 is firmly mounted. Opposite the picture gate 27 a sprung pressure plate 28 bears on the film.
