Abstract

1339875 Creams and lotions containing a polydimethylsiloxane and silica DOW CORNING GmbH 8 March 1972 [15 April 1971] 10767/72 Heading C3T [Also in Division A5] A protective composition for animals' paws in the form of a cream comprises 90% of a polydimethylsiloxane of viscosity 500 c.s. at 25‹ C. and 10% silica in powder form having a surface area of 200 m.<SP>2</SP> per gram. A similar composition in liquid form comprises 18% of a polydimethyl siloxane of viscosity 350 c.s., 2% colloidal silica and the balance trichlorotrifluoroethane.
